Prior to receiving an introductory letter from Coleman Ellis, Chapt.13 was unfamiliar to me. I had dug a hole so deep financially, I literally was facing liens being placed on my house. After my free consultation, for the first time in months/years I actually I felt relief, hope, and some control in working towards rebuilding and hitting restart. There are no simple words to express what Mr. Ellis has done for me. In his calm and soothing manner, he answered all concerns, said I was eligible for Chapt. 13 and explained the process. No, the process isn't quick nor easy. It requires work from all parties and good knowledgeable representation. However, it was made painless. One needs a good, knowledgeable team and that is what Coleman Ellis provided. Soon things became orderly and progressed step by step with help along the way on what and how to. Mr. Ellis has returned phone calls and even answered his phone himself (yes, this is a thing). He has answered all questions, assisted in Zoom calls, and returned calls in a timely fashion with professionalism and polite nerve calming (again , an important thing for me). That stress so overwhelming for me? Gone. Now I have room to breathe, a plan to follow, and life seems livable again. Mr. Ellis is busy, his phone rings quite a bit, but takes time to call back, soothes nerves, gives straight answers, and gets things done in a timely manner all while explaining everything you always wanted to know, but were afraid to ask about Chapt. 13. I know I have mentioned the calmness in this office. It was important and uncommon. I had talked to another lawyer who was loud, accusatory, and full of himself. Basically saying I was screwed and decided he wouldn't take the case. So, I was nervous to face another attorney. Calm encouragement is what was needed and was given. This is a safe, professional, and yet personal place to seek help when bad things financially happen to good people.
